  • 6 fresh amaebi sweet shrimp
  • 6 small sushi rice balls
  • Wasabi paste
  • Soy sauce

Instructions:

Peel and devein the amaebi, leaving the tails intact

Place a small amount of wasabi paste on top of each sushi rice ball

Carefully place one amaebi on top of each rice ball

Serve with soy sauce and pickled ginger on the side
