Pesto Pasta Salad
This Pesto Pasta Salad is a refreshing and flavorful dish perfect for picnics, potlucks, or as a light meal. The combination of tender pasta, vibrant pesto sauce, and colorful veggies makes it a crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente
Drain and let cool
In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, black olives, red onion, feta cheese, and pine nuts
Add pesto sauce to the bowl and toss until everything is evenly coated
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving
