Choc Malt Cacao Chip Ice Cream
Make your own chocolate malt ice cream and enjoy its rich, creamy goodness with the crunch of cacao chips.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup malted milk powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips
Instructions:
Mix the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, malted milk powder, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract in a large bowl using a whisk until everything is well mixed
Put the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn it according to the machine's instructions until it's the consistency of soft serve
Add chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips to the ice cream in the last few minutes of churning and let it mix in
The ice cream should be put in a container and frozen for at least 4 hours, or until it is firm
Put scoops of ice cream in bowls or cones and serve
