Homemade Tortellini Pasta Salad



This homemade tortellini pasta salad is bursting with fresh flavors and perfect for a quick and delicious meal. With vibrant cherry tomatoes, briny black olives, tangy red onions, fragrant basil, and creamy feta cheese, every bite is a delightful explosion of taste. The balsamic vinaigrette dressing adds a sweet and tangy note that ties everything together beautifully.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package fresh tortellini any flavor of your choice
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Follow the directions on the package to cook the tortellini

To cool down, drain and rinse with cold water

Put the tortellini that has been cooked, cherry tomatoes, black olives, red onion, basil, and feta cheese in a large bowl

Pour the balsamic vinaigrette dressing over the salad and gently toss to cover everything

Add pepper and salt to taste

Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving so that the flavors can mix
